Qnako is a digital queue management platform being built for restaurants. It will connect the customer queue, kiosk, staff dashboard and TV display in one simple system.
Do customers need to download an app?
No. Customers will be able to join and track the queue directly in their phone browser—no download and no customer account required.
Will I need to buy a Qnako kiosk?
No. You’ll be able to use your own compatible tablet. Optional preconfigured Qnako kiosk hardware is also planned.
Can customers join using a QR code?
Yes. Qnako is being designed to let customers scan your restaurant QR code and join from their phone, alongside kiosk joining.
Will I be able to use my existing tablet?
That’s the plan. Qnako kiosk mode is intended to work in a modern browser on compatible tablets, so special hardware won’t be required.
Can a TV display the queue?
Yes. A live TV queue display is part of the planned platform, showing the number being served and the numbers coming next.
Will Qnako support multiple branches?
Multi-branch tools are on the product roadmap. Initial launch details and availability will be shared with early-access restaurants.
When will Qnako launch?
Qnako is currently in development. Join the early-access list to hear when restaurant onboarding opens.
